CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobonds were mixed on Friday. Among the underperformers was the Russia 47, which lost 0.2 pp to 93.9% (YTM 5.7%, Z-spread 269 bps), while the Russia 42 outperformed the market, adding 0.2 pp to 102.0% (YTM 5.5%, Z-spread 246 bps). GOVERNMENT DEBTOn Friday, OFZs were selling off even before the CBR announced that it would hold rates at 7.25%. After the announcement and press conference, the selling picked up. Volumes exceeded R50 bln for the first time since mid-April, with both locals and foreigners selling. On the day, yields rose 12-23 bps across the curve.
