CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobonds continued to trade more or less flat yesterday amid a mixed global backdrop. Only the Russia 28 (+0.2 pp) and Russia 27 (-0.2 pp) registered meaningful changes in price.GOVERNMENT DEBTIn the OFZ market, yields continued to drop yesterday, particularly at the long end of the curve. The bids primarily came from nonresidents (inflows into long-dated paper emerged only at the beginning of this week).
