CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign issues weakened again yesterday, losing as much as 1.0 pp in the morning, though some of these losses were pared back later. The Russia 27 dropped 0.6 pp to 94.8% (YTD 5.0%, Z-spread 203 bps) on the day, which made it the day's laggard. Long-dated issues fell 0.2-0.3 pp.GOVERNMENT DEBTNonresidents continued to actively sell OFZs yesterday, and turnover reached R60 bln. The most active trading took place at the long end of the curve, where local demand again constrained the correction. By the close, yields were 3 bps higher on average in the 8y+ segment and 12-14 bps higher at the short end. Floaters slid another 30-32 bps in price.
