CIS EUROBOND MARKETIn the Russian sovereign Eurobond market, a rebalancing was taking place as the end of the quarter approaches, though prices yesterday stayed basically flat. In intermediate issues, the flows were multidirectional, while it was the long end of the curve that saw most of the inflows.GOVERNMENT DEBTYesterday, OFZs continued to price in Monday's hawkish remarks by CBR Governor Elvira Nabiullina that the CBR was prepared to consider even a 100 bp rate hike at its upcoming meeting. Yields on issues maturing in up to 7y climbed 6-10 bps, while longer-dated ones added 3-6 bps. Trading volumes yesterday surged to R39 bln, which is twice the average volume over the past month.
