CIS EUROBOND MARKETYesterday, Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov commented on how his ministry will proceed with the servicing of government debt: "We will first give all necessary payment orders to our transaction agents in accordance with the issuing documentation in order to make payment in a foreign currency. This will be possible only if the foreign-currency accounts of the central bank and the government are 'unfrozen.'"
