CIS EUROBOND MARKETPrices on Russian sovereign Eurobonds crept upward early in yesterday's trading but then fell back to their previous levels by the end of the day. The only issues to hold on to some of their gains were the long-dated Russia 43 and 47, which added 0.4 pp apiece. GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ quotes did not move much at all for most of the day, but a selloff in IRS caused yields to spike and close 4-7 bps higher.
