CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobond quotes gapped higher at the opening but gave back those gains later. The biggest faller was the Russia 47 (-0.2 pp).GOVERNMENT DEBTActivity increased on the OFZ market yesterday, with the most turnover coming in the 5y OFZ 26227, for which locals dominated the buying, as well as the 7y OFZ 26226, which will see an additional volume auctioned today. Yields closed largely unchanged at the short end and in the belly, but they ended 3-4 bps lower at the long end. Volumes reached R24 bln.
