CIS EUROBOND MARKETWith benchmark yields moving lower, the rally in Russian sovereigns continued yesterday. Prices on long-dated paper moved 0.3-0.4 pp higher.GOVERNMENT DEBTThe rally in OFZs continued for a second straight day yesterday amid a positive backdrop in global bond markets. Yields on OFZ issues maturing in more than 6y declined 10-14 bps amid strong bids from nonresidents. Yields on shorter-dated paper moved 4-7 bps lower. Trading volumes on the Moscow Exchange totaled R44 bln. Nearly half of that came in fixed-coupon issues maturing in up to 3y.
