CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobond quotes continued to rise yesterday, mainly at the long end, despite US Treasury yields starting to climb again. Activity remained low as sellers were still thin on the ground. The Russia 47 (+1.1 pp) led the gains, followed by the Russia 43 (+0.9 pp).GOVERNMENT DEBTAn improvement in global risk appetite pushed OFZ yields down 2-4 bps in the belly and 1-2 bps at the long end yesterday. Turnover was concentrated in long issues, and local accounts prevailed in terms of activity.
