CIS EUROBOND MARKETGlobal market volatility and poor liquidity on the Eurobond market pushed quotes lower amid thin volumes on Friday. The Russia 28, 47 and 23 fell 0.6 pp, 0.5 pp and 0.3 pp, respectively. Other issues closed with more modest declines, while the Russia 20 and 22 even managed to close slightly higher. GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields began to climb in the middle and at the long end on Friday morning, and the oil price drop only compounded the trend. By the close, 3-5y issues were yielding 2-6 bps higher, while yields further along the curve were 8-10 bps higher. The 2s10s spread increased by 8 bps on Friday.
