CIS EUROBOND MARKETThe Eurobond markets were inactive yesterday due to the Thanksgiving holiday in the US.GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields climbed 3-4 bps yesterday. The ruble again weakened and demand for nominal issues was low, as there are few buyers at current levels. Trading was not particularly active given the absence of US investors due to the Thanksgiving holiday.
