Debt Markets Today - November 3, 2021. Ukrenergo to Place Debt Eurobond
CIS EUROBOND MARKETTrading in the FSU Eurobond space was quiet yesterday in the run-up to the Fed meeting. Daily price changes were within 0.2 pp. GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields opened 2-4 bps higher, probably as a result of the ruble's depreciation and selling by nonresidents. However, the local currency began to recover close to the end of the session, allowing long-dated issues to fully erase their early losses and then close 2-4 bps lower in yield.
