CIS EUROBOND MARKETThe wave of optimism in global markets as US election results continued to come in and a drop in US Treasury yields caused quotes to rise on Eurobonds in the region. Long-dated Russian sovereign issues due in 2043-47 added 2.0-2.4 pp, while the Russia 30 advanced 0.75 pp to 115.9% of par (YTM 2.3%, Z-spread 161 bps).GOVERNMENT DEBTYields on OFZs 5y and longer plunged 20 bps at the start of yesterday's session and then continued to decline, ending the day 25-30 bps lower. The declines in the 2-5y segment were limited to 5-15 bps, which meant that the curve flattened somewhat.
