CIS EUROBOND MARKETHigher oil prices buoyed Russian sovereign Eurobonds on Friday, which climbed 0.125 pp in the belly and 0.500 pp at the long end of the curve. The Russia 47 rose to 96.07% (YTM 5.5%, Z-spread 239 bps). Its being the end of the quarter also helped prices grow. GOVERNMENT DEBTOn Friday, demand from local investors and cautious offers from foreigners helped send OFZ yields 2-4 bps lower on issues 8y and longer and 5-10 bps lower on issues 5y and shorter.
