CIS EUROBOND MARKETSteadily climbing benchmark yields on the one hand and investor reluctance to sell CIS Eurobonds on the other caused credit spreads to notably tighten on Friday. Support came from investors seeking to close short positions.GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields declined 2 bps on Friday morning before investors began to take profit in the afternoon, without waiting for a definitive outcome to the trade talks.
