CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobond quotes moved higher on Friday amid a fairly positive external backdrop. The Russia 28 rose the most, climbing 0.6 pp to 158.6% (YTM 5.0%, Z-spread 186 bps). The Russia 43 and 47 both gained 0.4 pp.GOVERNMENT DEBTTrading activity was above average on Friday. Yields dropped at the opening due to the re-emergence of global risk appetite.
