Debt Markets Today - October 15, 2020

CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobonds have continued to trade sideways, thus still ignoring the decline in benchmark yields. Only the Russia 43 showed a more decisive performance, moving 0.2 pp lower in price. GOVERNMENT DEBTTrading in the OFZ market was very calm in the first half of yesterday's session, with little price movement. After the Finance Ministry wrapped up its auction for the 15y nominal OFZ 26233, in which it placed R22 bln with a premium of 2-3 bps (see our story below), yields on medium-dated issues picked up 1-4 bps.
