Debt Markets Today - October 27, 2020

CIS EUROBOND MARKETDespite the sharp drop in US Treasury yields yesterday, the long end of the Russian sovereign curve continues to sell off ahead of the US presidential election. Yesterday, the Russia 43 lost another 0.5 pp in price, while the Russia 42 shed 0.4 pp. The Russian corporate segment, meanwhile, did not see any major movements. GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields climbed 1-3 bps yesterday morning amid a weakening ruble and traded around those levels for the rest of the day.
