CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobonds closed largely flat, with the exception of long-dated paper, which eased 0.2-0.3 pp, with the Russia 42 posting the worst result.GOVERNMENT DEBTMonday's positive momentum carried into yesterday morning, yields easing as much as 5-6 bps, but the afternoon brought about a reversal, and yields eventually closed largely flat on the day, although at the long end they closed 1-2 bps lower.
