CIS EUROBOND MARKETThe recovery in risk sentiment in global markets yesterday amid a lack of new geopolitical headlines helped Russian sovereign Eurobond prices to rally. Long-dated issues climbed 0.5-0.9 pp, while the belly of the curve posted more modest gains of 0.2-0.5 pp. GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields declined 3-4 bps at the long end yesterday thanks to the absence of further negative geopolitical developments, while also helping was the strengthening ruble and the fact that the Finance Ministry did not offer any nominal issues at yesterday's auctions. Turnover totaled R31 bln and was mainly focused at the long end.
