CIS EUROBOND MARKETActivity was extremely low and buyers were thin on the ground yesterday, quotes again retreating. The Russia 47 lost the most, dropping 1.7 pp to 91.8% (YTM 5.8%, Z-spread 282 bps).GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZs remained weak due to the declining ruble. Yields climbed 8-11 bps along the curve in the morning, but the afternoon brought strong interest from local accounts, especially in the 8y OFZ 26207 (February 2027, 8.15%), and the yield increases came to a halt. Yields closed 6 bps higher on average at the short end and 2-3 bps further out along the curve. Volumes remained elevated at R38 bln.
