CIS EUROBOND MARKETAn absence of negative news helped Russian sovereign quotes to recover. The Russia 47 jumped 0.8 pp to 92.6% (YTM 5.8%, Z-spread 273 bps), while the Russia 27 advanced 0.5 pp to 94.4% (YTM 5.0%, Z-spread 203 bps).GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ quotes moved higher in the morning, and after the Finance Ministry cancelled the scheduled OFZ auction, citing unfavorable market conditions, the decline in yields intensified. Yields ended an average of 18 bps lower in maturities up to 5y and 25 bps lower in longer paper.
