CIS EUROBOND MARKETAfter the sharp drop in US Treasury yields yesterday evening, quotes on Russian sovereign Eurobonds ticked higher (the Russia 47 and Russia 42 added 0.2 pp apiece). We would expect them to continue to advance as well at the open today. Meanwhile, other FSU sovereign Eurobonds ended the day yesterday basically flat.GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields climbed 2-3 bps yesterday, pricing in the weakening of the ruble and today's no-limit auctions.
