CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobonds saw elevated volatility on Friday. In the morning, quotes retreated by as much as 1.5 pp. There was a partial recovery later, before a sharp rise in US Treasury yields in the evening put quotes under pressure once more. The Russia 47 underperformed, closing 1.9 pp lower.GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields tracked EM bond yields on Friday. In the morning, they declined by as much as 3 bps at the long end and 5 bps in the belly, but in the afternoon they pulled back to close largely flat. Nonresidents remained inactive.
