CIS EUROBOND MARKETImproved global risk sentiment and a rise in oil prices helped Russian sovereign Eurobonds close slightly higher yesterday. The leader was the Russia 47 (+0.4 pp), while the Russia 28 (+0.3 pp) was not far behind. GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields tracked ruble movements yesterday. Early on, they declined 1-2 bps in the middle and at the long end of the curve while the ruble was firming; however, in the afternoon, following a reversal in the ruble, yields retraced and closed about flat.
