CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobonds moved higher yesterday amid declining US Treasury yields, and they managed to hold on to those gains despite a subsequent recovery in Treasury yields. The Russia 43 (+0.5 pp) fared the best, followed by the Russia 47 and 42 (both +0.4 pp). Volumes were low; nonresidents were on the bid side.GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields moved in line with the FX market yesterday. They fell 3-5 bps at the opening but began to climb later and ended 1-2 bps higher on the day.
