CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobonds advanced again amid a decline in US Treasury yields yesterday. Nonresident demand prevailed. The Russia 47 and 42 fared the best (+0.3 pp apiece), while medium-dated issues were limited to gains of 0.2 pp. The market was more active than average.GOVERNMENT DEBTThe OFZ market picked up somewhat yesterday. Intermediate issues came under pressure from the outset as nonresident selling prevailed. The pressure spread to long-dated paper later after the Finance Ministry announced it will place R20 bln in the 15y OFZ 26225 (May 2034, 7.25%) at today's auction. Yields closed 2 6 bps higher along the curve.
