CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereigns struggled to climb higher on Friday, with slight increases recorded in just a couple of issues. The Russia 35 outperformed, adding 0.3 pp, followed by the Russia 23 and Russia 47, which tacked on 0.2 pp apiece.GOVERNMENT DEBTLocals kept buying short-dated OFZs on Friday, which pushed yields down by 7-9 bps.
