CIS EUROBOND MARKETRising US Treasury yields pressured Russian sovereign quotes. Activity remained very low. However, only long issues closed lower (down 0.4-0.5 pp), while shorter issues were unchanged.GOVERNMENT DEBTLocals continued buying OFZs, but nonresidents were no longer selling, as they had been in recent days. Yields closed 11-13 bps lower.
