CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign issues traded flat early in the day yesterday, but when US Treasury yields started rising again in the evening, the long-term sovereigns gave up 0.9 pp in price. The euro-denominated issues also saw losses, albeit smaller ones, with the Russia 36 E edging 0.2 pp lower. GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZs climbed 5 7 bps in yield yesterday, partly in response to the deteriorating geopolitical backdrop. The yield on the 10y OFZ 26239 (July 2031) reached 7.32%, the highest since the second half of July. Trading volumes on the Moscow Exchange totaled R26 bln.
