CIS EUROBOND MARKETPositive sentiment toward EMs provided a boost to Russian sovereign Eurobonds yesterday. The issues due in 2023-27 tacked on around 0.25 pp apiece, while longer papers added 0.5 pp. The Russia 27 closed at 95.27% (YTM 4.9%, Z-spread 181 bps).GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ quotes were fairly stable ahead of yesterday's Fed decision. Offers from foreign investors persisted. Papers 6y and longer added 1-2 bps in yield.
