CIS EUROBOND MARKETOn Friday, Russian sovereign Eurobonds closed virtually unchanged in price after another session characterized by low trading activity. GOVERNMENT DEBTTrading activity in the OFZ market was low on Friday, and yields were little changed for most of the session. But in the evening, the ruble began to strengthen, which sent yields on issues 5y and longer 3-5 bps lower. Volumes totaled R13 bln.
