CIS EUROBOND MARKETThe Eurobond markets were inactive yesterday due to the holiday in the US.GOVERNMENT DEBTDespite the holiday in the US, OFZ trading was fairly brisk. Local accounts continued to pick up paper at the short end and in the belly, pushing yields 2-6 bps lower at the short end and 7-10 bps lower in the middle. Nonresidents were again selling at the long end, and yields fell only 2-3 bps.
