CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian Eurobond prices were on the decline yesterday. Long-dated issues shed 0.6-0.9 pp. The Russia 47 had the worst showing, closing 0.9 pp lower at 136.4% of par. GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields eased yesterday following Wednesday's sharp rise, which had come in response to rising geopolitical risks. Yields fell 3-6 bps at the long end. Nonresidents were predominantly selling 10y paper, but buying by local accounts dominated the session.
