CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobonds opened flat and largely traded sideways. The Russia 28 was the sole mover by the close, down 0.4 pp at 160.4% (YTM 4.9%, Z-spread 197 bps).GOVERNMENT DEBTThe OFZ market remained in a downtrend yesterday, yields climbing 6-10 bps. Selling by nonresidents prevailed at the long end of the curve. The yield on the OFZ 26223 (February 2024, 6.50%) fell 2 bps after the Finance Ministry announced that the issue would not be auctioned off as planned, and it closed 7 bps higher.
