MARKET COMMENT - STOCKS DOWN ON THE BACK OF THE RUBLE AMID BELARUS CONCERNSGlobal markets managed gains (MSCI ACWI +0.4%), while Russia was among the weakest stock markets with a 1.1% decline on the RTS to 1,309. The decline mostly came through the ruble. Aside from the usual company and macro reporting, we see investor focus remaining on the Belarusian protests today.
