MARKET COMMENT - SANCTIONS THREAT, REVIVED VOLATILITY, COVID HEADLINES QUELL RALLYThe MSCI ACWI surged 2.0% and the RTS 2.2% (to 1,443) yesterday as concerns eased about recent bond market volatility. However, that trend has reversed this morning, with declines across APAC markets and DM futures.
