MARKET COMMENT - SANCTIONS NEWS YESTERDAY CUTS INTO RUSSIA'S YTD OUTPERFORMANCEThe Russian market sharply underperformed peers yesterday, the RTS declining 2.9% to 1,156 while the MSCI EM and World (DM) slipped 0.3% apiece. Russia's outperformance has been reduced as a result - for instance, the RTS is up 8.2% YTD versus 7.6% for the MSCI EM.
