MARKET COMMENT - POWELL REASSURANCES FUEL GLOBAL RALLY; RUSSIA-NATO TALKS IN FOCUSThe MSCI ACWI rose for the first time in five sessions, the rally given a fillip late in the day by reassurances from Fed Chairman Jerome Powell that a more hawkish turn will be coupled with a close monitoring of market effects. Russia was among the better performers with a 1.9% gain on the RTS to 1,595. Co.'s total net proved reserves totals around 8,088 million barrels of oil equivalent (boe).
