MARKET COMMENT - RTS AT ITS HIGHEST LEVEL SINCE APRIL 2018The MSCI EM and RTS gained 1.3% apiece yesterday, the Russian index reaching 1,214, its highest level since last April 6. US/China trade talks saw honeyed words but little material progress, and this morning's Chinese manufacturing PMI came in well below expectations. It has an installed electricity generation capacity of 38.5 GW; and heat capacity of 16.2 GCal/h.
