MARKET COMMENT - DOVISH FED TURN AND MORE FRIENDLY US/CHINA INDICATIONS DRIVE MARKETSThe RTS gained 0.1% to 1,361 yesterday, in line with non-APAC EM peers. After global markets rose in the morning on news that the Chinese and US presidents will meet next week, softer than expected commentary from the Fed gave the rally another fillip. APAC markets are up 0.6-2.6% this morning, Brent has risen 1% overnight, and all indicators look positive heading into the start of the session today.
