CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobond quotes continued to consolidate around the levels reached last week on low volumes. The Russia 47, which eased 0.3 pp, was the sole mover.GOVERNMENT DEBTThe OFZ market was volatile yesterday despite quite modest volumes. Yields jumped 10-12 bps at the open following the increase in geopolitical risks over the weekend.
