The sole movers were the Russia 28 (+0.2 pp) and the Russia 42 (-0.2 pp).GOVERNMENT DEBTTrading was flaccid early in the day yesterday, but picked up later after the weekly inflation report that showed deflation ( 0.1%) for the first time in two years. Bids predominated, which pushed yields down 5-6 bps in the middle and at the long end of the curve by the close.
