CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobonds, like other Russian assets, witnessed a large-scale selloff in the morning but recovered slightly by noon and stabilized around those levels. The Russia 28 suffered the most, sliding 1.2 pp to 159.7% (YTM 5.0%, Z-spread 203 bps), followed by the Russia 43, which slipped 0.5 pp to 106.9% (YTM 5.4%, Z-spread 235 bps).GOVERNMENT DEBTInvestors continued to actively sell OFZs in the morning, and yields climbed as much as 18 bps among 5y and longer issues. The market began to stabilize later, and yields eased back along the curve to close 10 bps higher on the day on average. Volumes were slightly up on the day at R36 bln.
