CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobonds extended their rally yesterday. Long-dated paper outperformed, adding 1.4-1.6 pp. Prices in the middle of the curve rose 0.4-0.6 pp. GOVERNMENT DEBTTrading was flaccid in the OFZ market yesterday as the summer lull continues. Volumes dropped to a minor R7 bln.
