CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobond quotes surged after US Treasury yields fell sharply following the Fed meeting. Turnover was elevated, driven mainly by local accounts. The Russia 47 fared the best, gaining 1.5 pp to 99.3% (YTM 5.3%, Z-spread 251 bps).GOVERNMENT DEBTAmid the sharp strengthening of the ruble on Wednesday evening and early yesterday, OFZ yields dropped 11 16 bps on the open and then stabilized at those levels. Volumes surpassed R50 bln, the highest level since September.
