Debt Markets Today - July 30, 2021. Evraz Releases 2Q21 Operating Results, Sibur Publishes 2Q21/1H21 Earnings

CIS EUROBOND MARKETThe regional Eurobond market continued to show flaccid dynamics yesterday. The only exceptions were the Uzbekistan 30, which added 0.3 pp, and the Belarus 27 and 30, also up 0.3 pp apiece on the day.GOVERNMENT DEBTThe OFZ market opened with yields down an average of 5 bps amid a risk-on rally in the wake of the Fed decision, as well as a zero inflation reading in Russia for last week. However, by the end of the day OFZs had given up these gains as US Treasury yields ended up 2 4 bps higher for the day. The closing levels were on average the same as on Wednesday. Trading volumes amounted to R53 bln, more than double the average for the month.
