CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobonds had another flaccid session yesterday, with the exception of long issues, which rose 0.4-0.5 pp.GOVERNMENT DEBTThe OFZ market was not particularly active in the morning yesterday, but yields slid 5-6 bps at the long end after a CBR monetary policy department official said the bank could soften policy this year if inflation develops in line with its forecast. At the short end, the yield on the OFZ 26216 (May 2019) dropped 25 bps (turnover in the issue reached R3 bln) in response to the redemption of the OFZ 26208 the previous day.
