CIS EUROBOND MARKETDespite volatility in benchmark yields, Russian sovereign Eurobond prices were steady on Friday and finished with only slight changes. Activity in the market was again below average. GOVERNMENT DEBTCBR Governor Elvira Nabiullina acknowledged on Friday that the bank might act more decisively with regard to rate cuts. This sparked a rally on the OFZ market, with yields dropping as much as 9-12 bps along the curve. However, sellers emerged in the evening, and yields began to climb. They finished 7-9 bps lower on the day. Volumes totaled R37 bln.
