CIS EUROBOND MARKETThe Russian sovereign Eurobond market has been illiquid and volatile because of new Western sanctions on several Russian banks, as well as the uncertainty (including legal) around the sanctions. On Friday, quotes bounced back from 50-70% of nominals to the 73-81% area. Ukrainian sovereigns also added 9-15 pp. This morning, the CBR announced a temporarily ban on the sale of securities by nonresidents.GOVERNMENT DEBTThe OFZ market continued trading with high volatility on Friday, with the curve moving from the 13-15% range to 11-12%.
